We provide a range of comprehensive training services tailored for both the general public and protective services personnel, including First Aid/CPR/AED, personal safety, use of force, firearms, and e-learning continuing education courses. Our training program formats are available in in-person instructor-led, blended (combining online and in-person sessions), and fully online formats to meet certification and skill-building needs.
Yes. NTS can customize training programs specific to the needs of your team. For online training, we will build a user group and access level for your team members only. It will be where all your tailor-made specific online training is housed and only you and your team members will have access.
We are a licensed training provider for the American Red Cross and therefore offer a host of American Red Cross training, including basic First Aid/CPR/AED, Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, Opioid Overdose and Naloxone Administration, and more. Many of the Red Cross training programs are blended in that you will complete the online portion of the course through our online learning platform first and then come in the for the in-person skills portion. The blended courses can also be conducted in a 100% in-person format upon request.
Our online learning platform enables you to quickly access and complete online courses, as well as enroll in in-person training courses, and has features for tracking progress in real-time. For the blended or hybrid courses, the LMS integrates in-person training sessions with the online training components.
Yes, our LMS is highly adaptable to the various verticals, supporting private security, law enforcement, and the general public. It is customizable for specific needs, such as compliance-focused courses, and works seamlessly across in-person, blended, and online formats.
On the NTS website Training Page, find the course you are interested in a click on ‘LEARN MORE,’ which will bring you to that individual course page. On the individual course page, click on ‘CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT NOW, which will take you to the LMS page for that course. If interested in that course, simply click on ‘BUY NOW’ or ‘Login / Register.’ A window will populate and you will click on ‘Create Account.’ You will then type in your name, your chosen password, and your email address, then click on ‘Register.’
From the LMS homepage or the LMS Sign-In window, click on ‘Need Help?’ and then click on ‘Forgot Username.’ You will then be asked to enter your email address. After entering your email address, click on ‘Submit’ and then check your email for your LMS username. You will receive an email from academy@ntsprotection.com with your username.
You can self-reset your password at any time. When on the LMS homepage or from the LMS Sign-In window, click on ‘Need Help?’ and then click on ‘Reset Password.’ You will then be asked to enter your email address. After entering your email address, click on ‘Submit’ and then check your email for your LMS username. You will receive an email from academy@ntsprotection.com with a verification code. In the ‘Reset Password’ window, enter your username and paste the verification code from the email and then click ‘Submit.’ You will then enter in your new password and confirm your new password and click ‘Submit.’ You can then login with your new password.
The recommended browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. Safari is good for macOS, but some features may behave differently.

Courses are priced based on their format, length, number of instructors needed, and necessary supplies. The individual course price (one ticket or license) is listed on the course training page on the website. On the course overview page on the learning platform, some courses will list out bulk pricing based on the number of courses (licenses) purchased. For organizations looking to purchase training for their employees, especially if the training number exceeds 20 licenses, please contact us either through the ‘Got Questions?” section on the NTS training landing page on the website, or email us directly at training@ntsprotection.com.
For individuals purchasing a single course, payment is made online via credit card through our secure payment gateway operated by our credit card processor. Credit card information can also be taken over the phone upon request. For organizations purchasing multiple course licenses for their employees, payment can be made online with a corporate credit card or offline through invoicing. Yes. Upon a successful course completion, you will receive a certificate of completion. In the upper right corner of the learning platform, click on the down arrow next to your name and select ‘My Certificates,’ then simply select the appropriate certificate by clicking on the course ID number and save and/or print your certificate of completion. For any Red Cross certification course, after we register the course completion with the American Red Cross, you will receive an email from the American Red Cross with your Red Cross certificate.
Yes. As the leader of your group or agency, you will have access on the learning platform to manage the course licenses you purchased, and your team members assigned to the course(s).
